Scale Dependence of Errors in Snow Water Equivalent Simulations Using ERA5 Reanalysis over Alpine Basins

 

The study was conducted in the upper Adige River basin to evaluate the potential of ERA5 precipitation and temperature reanalysis for snow water equivalent (SWE) simulation. The study was led by several Italian institutions, including EURAC, as well as an American one.
