Case Study #3: 3rd stakeholders’ workshop was completed successfuly !

The third and last stakeholders’ workshop of the Jui River Basin Case Study was held in the city of Craiova, Romania on May 23rd, 2023. It aimed at updating stakeholders on project progress with a focus on case study-specific information and consolidating stakeholder engagement by direct involvement in the validation of the governance and policy coherence assessment, the inventory of relevant policy instruments for the CS context as well as getting their direct input for the preliminary modelling of WEFE interlinkages performed by NXG team.

In total 29 participants attended the workshop, both physically and online. This 3rd workshop concludes the series of stakeholders’ workshops, it was very successful since several achievements were completed such as the validation of the governance assessment and the policy coherence evaluation. One point that transpired was the fact that the nexus dialogue must continue further than the NEXOGENESIS project framework.
